Additionally, the team uses sourcing skills and marketplace knowledge to attract and hire top talent for the organisations we support.
Full competency based interview process followed
We recommend on site interaction with teams for shortlisted candidates to assess the teams take on the potential candidates.

Skills Development Process

Our key focus for skills development program focuses on the following 4 critical areas.

o  Effective Leadership for Middle management
o  Customer Service Excellence
o  Performance Management (Mind The Gap Program)

To effectively enhance the skills of the organization we have a process where we spend time in the company with the staff and management to understand the business requirements and skills gaps to design a fit for purpose program.

Once we have analyzed and designed a program we discuss this with the management team for final sign off and then start the process.

No training is effective if not implemented and practiced until it becomes second nature, for this reason our program includes follow up assessments over a selected period agreed with the company to assess the implementation and effectiveness of the training.
