Mr. Chris Du Preez(Director)

Chris has extensive Contact Centre and business experience. He has been in the contact centreindustry for over 20 years of which 15 years have been in Managerial and Executive positions.He has a strong Customer Service, Sales, Collections and Retentions background and hasworked with several offshore and local clients ranging from the service industry, short terminsurance, banking, telecommunications, governmental institutions and various other campaignsand industries.

He has obtained diplomas both in Call Centre management and Business management as wellas been on a Senior Management Development program. His strengths are strategic andoperational and process efficiencies. He has been involved in managing contact centres from 60to 500 seats and has worked with various local and international brands including Vodacom,Auto and General, Budget, Standard Bank, Sea Harvest, Old Mutual, Benits Bikes, Budget UKand Australia to mention but a few.Chris has exceptional people skills and believes that to be one of the key reasons for hissuccess. He is a very structured manager and his ability to communicate and execute strategiesis another key strength.
